The MedVet Cardiology Department is committed to providing state-of-the-art diagnostic evaluation and treatment for pets with heart or lung disease.

The Cardiology Department at MedVet is proud of its commitment to the advancement of clinical veterinary cardiology. Recently, we enrolled and treated the largest number of dogs in the country in a multi-center national clinical trial of a new cardiac medication to help dogs with congestive heart failure. This trial was devised to get FDA approval for a medication that may help improve the quality and length of life in dogs with congestive heart failure.
