Dr. Karina Valerius

Karina Valerius, DVM, MS, DACVIM (Oncology)
Dr. Karina Valerius completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin.  She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 1993. She completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at the University of Missouri, before completing a residency and Master's Degree Program in Oncology at Colorado State University.  Dr. Valerius became Board Certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Specialty of Oncology in 1997.  She joined the faculty at The Ohio State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, she moved to Cincinnati and has been practicing Oncology in the Cincinnati area ever since.
