Dr. Robert Starkey

Dr. Robert Starkey is a 1986 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the Ohio State University. He participated in a one-year internship at the West Los Angeles Veterinary Medical Group, where he received the Intern of the Year Award. He then completed a three-year residency in internal medicine at The Ohio State University. There he studied the effects of various phosphorus binders in dogs with chronic renal failure.

Dr. Starkey founded the internal medicine department at MedVet/Columbus and at MedVet/Cleveland offices in 1991.

He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine.
