Dr. Carlos Aragon 
After early acceptance into veterinary medical school, Dr. Carlos Aragon earned his veterinary degree from Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. While at Colorado State University he co-founded the Inaugural Student Association of Veterinary Surgeons. Following graduation he completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Georgia. Dr. Carlos Aragon currently is a small animal surgery resident at MedVet. His current areas of research interests include wound management, oncologic surgery, pain management, and veterinary applications of evidence-based medicine.
Dr. Carlos Aragon is a member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, the Veterinary Cancer Society, the Veterinary Orthopedic Society, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He enjoys presenting at continuing education forums in which he was most recently selected to present his research at the 2005 Veterinary Orthopedic Society 32nd Annual Meeting in Snowmass, Colorado.
